"Snap Mag" is another word for the type of magnet used to create your magnets. It's made from magnetic sheeting that is 0.8mm thick and unlike hard, button like magnets, these are flat and the entire back is magnetic.

The word "Reel" refers to video. Reel Snap Mags look just like normal Snap Mags (photo magnets) but are embedded with a video using AR technology created by Artivive, which is used to bring artworks to life. Once you scan your magnet with your phone using the app, your magnet comes to life and plays a video complete with sound.

Once you've completed your order, it takes about 2 to 3 business days to finish your magnets. Once they are shipped you'll get notified with tracking details. Shipping within NZ takes about 2-5 days depending on where you are. Worldwide shipping can take a bit longer, but as mentioned, you'll be able to track your order all the way.

Shipping within NZ is free and takes about 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are. (North Island will go quicker than South Island, and urban deliveries are quicker than rural)

Worldwide shipping is also available and is calculated at check out. Depending on where you're ordering from, delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
